Organize sequence lists

Group operators and templates by purpose, then maintain the collections your team uses to find sequences.

Group sequences by purpose

A sequence list groups reusable operators and templates. Use one for a campaign theme, audience, or stage, such as “New customer introductions” or “Event follow-up.” A sequence can belong to more than one list.

Open Marketplace → Sequence lists to manage these collections. For the companies or people you plan to contact, use account and contact Lists. Adding a sequence to a sequence list organizes it; enrolling contacts is a separate step in Sequences.

Create a list and add sequences

  1. In Sequence lists, select Create list.
  2. Enter a List name, choose an Icon, and select Create.
  3. Open the list and select Add.
  4. Use Search sequences to find an operator or template, then select it to add it. Repeat for the other sequences you want.

The picker excludes sequences already in the list. Open a sequence from the list to inspect its content and decide whether it fits your audience. Creating a list and changing its membership require the corresponding permissions.

Use lists alongside your library

Sequence lists help you organize and find content. The sequence's own Access and library settings still determine who can use it and whether it appears in their library. Putting a sequence in a list does not grant access or add it to another person's library.

Use Marketplace to discover available sequences and Sequences → My library for the sequences available in your library. Follow Marketplace when you need to manage access, feature a sequence, or place it in team libraries.

A list may show an unavailable-count indicator when some assigned sequences are unavailable or outside your access. Check the sequence's sharing settings with its owner or an administrator before assuming the list is empty.

Rename, duplicate, or merge lists

  • Rename: open the list's actions, select Rename, update its name or icon, and Save.
  • Duplicate: choose Duplicate and give the new list a name. Keep Add the same sequences selected to copy its membership, or clear it to start with an empty list. This creates another list referencing the sequences; it does not create new copies of the operators or templates.
  • Merge: select at least two lists with the same owner in the manager and choose Merge. Enter the new name, review the selected lists, and confirm. The merged list combines their sequence memberships and replaces the original lists.

Use duplication when you want to keep the original collection and adapt another. Use merging when the selected collections should become one. Available actions depend on your permissions.

Remove sequences or delete a list

Inside a list, use a sequence's Remove from list action, or select several rows and use the same bulk action. This removes their membership in that list.

To remove the collection itself, choose Delete from the list's actions and review the confirmation. Deleting a list leaves its sequences intact, but the list deletion cannot be undone.

If an action is unavailable, check Permissions and roles with your administrator. For help with a list, contact support with its link and the issue.
